- I am a retired Deputy Sheriff after 25 years, and on retirement totally changed my career goals by going into the food industry, so to speak. I started a home-based personal catering company, did quite well, and now, I am in the start-up phase of my new micro-bakery business, "Foxy Bubble's Fabulous Cakes and Confections". I make delicious homemade gourmet baked goodies in small batches, to maintain flavor and integrity of product. Cakes, cookies, my famous Whoopie pies in several flavors (yum), petit fours, and other delicious confections, made to order.
