No I haven't held any home parties this summer. I have no interest from past customers. At the last few home shows I have held...no one has been interested in my booking games. I have tried more than one kind and I have even offered an entire set of our jewelry as a prize for booking. BTW, I sell Premier Designs Jewelry. I just signed my renewal and they just came out with their new jewelry at the end of July, so I am considering having a renewal/sample sale show on my own and inviting past customers. However, I wish I knew how to get outside of the current customers. They do not lead me to new clients. I have tried craft fairs and that doesn't work real well either. I live in a smaller county in Iowa. This will be my 3rd year with Premier. And I am really considering not renewing next year if I can't find a customer base. Which I hate to think because I love the jewelry and the parties are fun. I must not be a very good sales lady. :(

I think it's more the economy right now and not your sales skills. People are sticking to the basics. Maybe things will pick up for you with Christmas coming up! Good Luck!
