What are your business goals?

What are your business goals for the beginning of 2009? Do you have long term and short term goals? How do you incorporate a process of meeting your goals with business and balancing home life; ie kids, hubby, cleaning, etc.

My goals in my Mary Kay business is to grow, but while I am growing my business, grow myself by making new friends, customers, and a future team. I want to promote the new Mary Kay that I am a part of, not the old Mary Kay that people run from (strictly my opinion and thoughts).

My goals for 2009 is to grow Cella's Sweet & Sexy Treasures. Create catalogs for the company, learn how to host online and better home parties. I would love to meet and network with different people.
